Deep fitness Pursuit_DSC4320.jpg

The Deep Fitness Pursuit and Farnborough Fields Open Day will be taking place on Saturday 18th June at Farnborough Fields.

The fun run is back in Castle Vale…with a twist!! The first 5km Obstacle Run will be held on the morning of Saturday 18th June. Entry to the event will only cost £10 with profits going to John Taylor Hospice.

The Deep Fitness Pursuit is entirely for fun – there’s nothing for coming first (other than pride) and likewise there’s no shame in finishing last. Sprint round, walk round – if you fancy it do it on all fours, but most importantly enjoy it! Get a group of you together and come and join in.

To sign up or find out more visit http://www.deepfitnesspursuit.weebly.com or visit the Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/DEEP-Fitness-GROUP-1453918701561038/?fref=ts

The start and finish are at the same location and around this point there will be a range of stalls and attractions to keep the family entertained whilst they’re waiting for your return. Once you’ve finished you can collect your certificate and enjoy the afternoon and the attractions on site.

Are you ready to take the Deep Fitness Pursuit challenge?

Deep fitness PursuitTHE FUN RUN ON CASTLE VALE IS BACK!!! BUT WITH A TWIST…..
Saturday 18th JUNE…
DEEP FITNESS PURSUIT!!

Everyone loved the fun run back in day so Adrian Daniel (a Castle Vale resident) is bringing it back but bigger and more fun. This will be the 1st ever obstacle 5km run on Castle Vale. The course is approximately 5km, but if you’re up for it you’re more than welcome to make it 10k by going round twice.

The Weather on the day will play a big part in how the pursuit turns out but the best case scenario for ultimate enjoyment is that it’s chucking it down – so rain or shine you’re sure to have a great time. The start and finish are at the same location and around this point there will be a range of stalls and attractions to keep the family entertained whilst they’re waiting for your return. Once you’ve finished you can collect your certificate and enjoy the afternoon and the attractions on site.

So people who’s up for joining in?? Come on its only £10 to sign up. You can do it on the website http://www.deepfitnesspursuit.weebly.com/ or pay via http://www.theticketsellers.co.uk/tickets/deep-fitness-pursuit/10040316

alternatively you can book by calling on 07588371644.
